Her expert advice during negotiations on the offer/contract made it easy to make the counter offers and get a good solution for both us and the buyers and ensured we made a profit on this house. 5 days on the market we had an offer and 8 days on the market we were under contract. Jenn communicated at all the right points, made sure everyone knew the plan and that the plan was executed to the benefit of everyone involved.

I hope we don’t have to move again for a long time, but if we do, she’s still our go to realtor!2023- Jenn has been our realtor and advocate on 3 home purchases and sales over the past 7 years. She expertly juggled home build timelines, was our best advocate with the home builders and buyers realtors, and listened to the inevitable grumbles that came throughout the process. Although I say this recent home purchases will be the last for a long long time, if we do sell/buy again, our first call will be to Jenn.
